The process for delivering Process Engineering & Simulation

1. We create simulations of the solution to visualize and predict the behavior of a solution through virtual models and prototypes built in our workshop in Munkebo.
2. We use 3D Pipe Designs in the early stages of the planning and design phase to map the arrangement of components.
3. We carry out Finite Element Analysis in piping solutions to evaluate and optimize the performance, durability, and safety of the energy repair solution.
4. Pipe manufacturing and installation are focused on creating reliable and efficient solutions for energy projects. We produce pipes in a wide range of sizes and materials, including PVC, stainless steel, and black steel, to meet specific project needs. 
5. Through NDT, testing and documentation we ensure the integrity and quality of the energy repair solution.
