1. Troubleshooting related to the hydraulics system is reported by the client, which calls for a visual inspection on site and a confirmation of the finding and specific cause.
2. The project is then planned with our project department, where necesarry components for the repair are either custom-made or sourced. Furthermore, we perform all necesarry evaluations on QHSE related to performing the repair and determine the right specialist from our team to perform the task.
3. We perform the repair procedure in accordance to the plan and evalution. Throughout the process, daily documentation is made.
4. After the repair, we perform a final test of the solution whereafter a final report is made for documentation. This includes a customer evaluation and "lessons learned" session as well.
