This is also evident through the welding procedures and repair solutions we develop. Through advanced engineering, test and validation, we abide towards creating sustainable solutions, that has a smaller environmental impact than current alternatives and at the same time prolongs the lifetime of steel structures.

ISO 3834-2 - Quality Requirements for Fusion Welding of Metallic Materials

ISO 3834-2 provides specific quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials. At 3WIS we strictly adhere to these requirements to ensure the highest level of welding quality and integrity in our repair solutions. We employ qualified and competent welding technicians and fitters, use or develop approved welding procedures, and maintain comprehensive documentation and traceability of our welding activities. By complying with ISO 3834-2, we assure all our clients that our welding repairs meet the specified quality standards and contribute to the overall safety and longevity of the structures we work on.

EN 1090-1 - Execution of Steel Structures and Aluminum Structures

EN 1090-1 is a highly specialized standard that covers the execution of steel structures and aluminum structures. As a company specializing in welding repair solutions for heavy steel structures, we fully comply with EN 1090-1 to ensure the highest level of quality and safety in our execution processes. This standard guides us in the proper selection of welding consumables, inspection and testing procedures, and the correct execution of welding. By following EN 1090-1, we guarantee that our welding repairs on steel structures are executed with precision and in accordance with regulatory requirements. EN 1090-1 is a unique standard, which among others makes us unique from other solution providers, as we hereby are able to develop custom welding procedures for specific tasks, enabling us to have developed welding procedures to resolve 90 % of all repair solutions.
